How do I know which frame size is right for me?

Each product page includes detailed measurements (lens width, bridge, and temple length). You can also use our Virtual Try-On tool or compare the measurements to a pair of glasses you already own.

Can I order prescription lenses online?

Absolutely. During checkout, you can upload a photo of your valid prescription or enter the details manually. Ensure your Pupil Distance (PD) is included for the most accurate fit.

What is your return policy for eyewear?

We offer a 30-day worry-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your frames or if there is a prescription issue, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. Please note that prescription orders require an additional 3-5 days for custom lens grinding and quality control.

Do you offer a warranty on your frames?

Yes, all BonLook frames come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

What lens coatings are included?

All our lenses come standard with anti-scratch and anti-reflective coatings. You can also upgrade to blue light filtering or polarized options during the customization process.
