Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your eyewear in its original case and packaging, ensuring all accessories like microfiber cloths and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Ship
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we cover the shipping costs for all domestic returns.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our optical team receives and inspects your returned frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
